Warranty Policy

Couchnook stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal, indoor residential use.

1) Warranty period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Couchnook provides a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date for manufacturing defects.

2) What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Structural defects in the frame (under normal use)
- Hardware or components that fail due to manufacturing issues
- Material defects that make the item unusable under normal conditions

3) What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, natural aging, or fading
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, pets, or improper care/cleaning
- Damage caused by improper assembly, moving, or commercial use
- Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting, screens, or material characteristics
- Any modifications made after delivery (repairs, alterations, or non-approved parts)
- Issues caused by shipping carriers after the delivery inspection window has passed (please report shipping damage promptly)

4) How to file a warranty claim
To request warranty support, contact us and provide:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
- Any relevant packaging labels (if available)

5) Remedies
If a claim is approved, Couchnook will, at our discretion:
- Provide replacement parts, or
- Replace the item (or a comparable item), or
- Issue a partial or full refund as appropriate

6) Important notes
- This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Remedies under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
