Cancellation & Order Changes Policy
We understand plans can change. This policy explains when you can cancel or change an order and what may happen if the order has already shipped.
1) Order cancellation (before shipment)
You may request a cancellation after placing an order by contacting us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Orders can process quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.
2) Order changes (before shipment)
Before shipment, you may request changes such as:
- Shipping address correction
- Phone/email update
- Quantity changes
- Product option changes (color/size), if available
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Some changes may require canceling and placing a new order.
3) After shipment
Once an order has shipped, it is normally not possible to cancel the shipment or change the shipping address.
If a carrier reroute or interception is possible, the carrier may charge additional fees. Any carrier fees (such as address correction, rerouting, or interception fees) may be the customer's responsibility.
4) Refused delivery / undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery, additional carrier fees may apply. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the item is returned and inspected, and may be reduced by carrier fees or return shipping costs.
5) Refund timing
If your cancellation is approved (before shipment), refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Banks/payment providers may take additional time (usually 5–10 business days) to post the refund to your account.
